How do I install the software?
First, insert the disk into your CD/DVD drive, your computer should show you the files on the disk and ask if you want to open them. The Fort Sumter Setup file is the installer. Double click that file, then follow the instructions. If your computer does not show any files, go to Progams>run>browse> your disk drive and double click "Fort Sumter Setup.exe". Follow the instructions.Does this work on a Mac?
No. This is for Windows XP and higher.
How do I move around in the panoramas?Press down and hold the LEFT mouse button & slide your mouse to the left or right, the screen will move. The more you move your mouse while holding down the button the faster the screen will move. If you want to travel slowly, just move the mouse a little and hold it in one position.
How do I go to a another panorama?
There are several ways. The RED Targets are the locations of the panoramas. By clicking on the RED Targets you will move to the location of that panorama. There is also a map on the upper right hand side of the screen. Moving your mouse over it and clicking on the RED DOTS will take you to that part of the Fort instantly.
How do I hear the narration by Rick Hatcher?
The audio narration starts automatically when the program first opens. Check to make sure your computer speakers are on and that the volume is up.
I purchased the program online, how do I download it?You should have received an email with login instructions. First check your (spam folder) to see if it is there. Sometimes the spam filters will catch it. If it is there, just follow the instructions in the email. If download failed contact us at support@360vrmedia.com.
What about updates?At the download site we add any updates and will send you an email as they are done and you may return there to download the update.
